Vesting: your shares accumulate monthly over 4 years, except that they all expire if you leave within the first year.No value cap for Good Leavers: If you leave Luminovo as a Good Leaver, the value of your vested share options will continue to grow even after you have left the company (in case you’re comparing offers: there are startups out there that are trying to be cheap with you on this specific clause 😉).Full Acceleration: if the company is sold before all your shares are officially vested, they will all be declared vested.Strike Price: the price deducted from the liquidation price of your stock options → Set to the nominal value of 0.001 EUR per stock option.FAQ Employee Incentive Program
